We’ll agree with you a range of services from the following examples.

  • Bookkeeping or bookkeeper training

Sometimes (well, fairly often), we need to ‘tidy-up’ your existing records or accounts system before we get started.

We’ll always agree a fixed fee (payable by monthly direct debit), so that there are no unexpected bills from us.

Do you need anything from us?

Yes! We certainly do.

Most importantly, we’ll need you to help make sure that we have all of the data we need. This includes sending bills and receipts through the Receipt Bank app. (It’s really easy – we’ll show you and your team how).

We’ll also agree the kinds of things that you will continue to do, such as raising sales invoices, carrying out credit control, submitting timesheets etc. However we can show you easier ways to do these tasks, such as setting up recurring invoices or copying an invoice from a quote, using product / service lists, automated overdue invoice reminders etc.

We’ll set up a Service Level Agreement with you so we are all clear about who does what.

Sometimes clients worry when they receive things like unexpected letters from HMRC. Simply forward them to our support email address and we’ll let you know what, if anything, you need to do.
